The Annual Women’s Ceremony is this Friday!!!

This Friday from 6-9 PM Visionary Women will be making there annual trek to Limitless Potentials to set their intentions for 2013.  This circle of powerful women know how important it is to pay attention as “Time waits for No One”…according to you know who (do you?).

Also Master Yoga Teacher Cora had a jam packed room of yogis on Saturday for her famous series created called R&R Saturdays at Limitless Potentials.  Her relaxing, gentle approach to Restorative Thai yoga is going to continue monthly in February, March, and April.  Stay tuned for dates or call for more information.

Tomorrow evening (7:30-9) Marianne begins her Yoga for Midlife Series…it is filling up fast so call now if you would like to attend.
