Dr. Kathryn Shafer to Present at ESTD 2026 International Congress

Dr. Kathryn Shafer will be presenting at the 10th International Congress of the European Society for Trauma and Dissociation (ESTD 2026), taking place October 1–3, 2026, in Lisbon, Portugal.

Her presentation, “Falling Awake: Integrating EMDR, Brainspotting, and Yoga Nidra for Trauma-Related Dissociation and Regulation,” has been accepted as a Brief Free Communication as part of the scientific program.

The presentation explores the integration of EMDR, Brainspotting, and Yoga Nidra as approaches to supporting trauma-related dissociation and nervous system regulation.

Dr. Shafer is honored to contribute to this international gathering of professionals working in the fields of trauma and dissociation.
