Therapist and Yogi, Dr. Kathy Shafer, will talk you through the steps to get to a meditative state. Each class will focus on a specific Chakra or Season. It’s all part of her FUN™ Program, designed to examine and explore habitual ways of responding to stress through movement, standing and balancing postures, and breathing exercises to calm the mind and relax the body.
In January, we’ll focus on becoming more grounded, finding connection and achieving balance.
